Sylvia Marie Lundquist, 84 of Aurelia, Iowa passed away peacefully on August 1, 2025, at Accura Health Care in Aurelia. There are no services scheduled at this time. The Redig Funeral Home of Aurelia is assisting the family.

Sylvia was the daughter of Edward and Elsie (Mohror) Luetkeman. She wasborn on March 23, 1941 in Sioux City, IA.She attended school in Peterson and graduated from Brooke school, Peterson,Iowa.

Sylvia was united in marriage to Charles M Lundquist June 18th, 1960, at Saint Johns United Church of Christ, in Peterson, Iowa.

Sylvia enjoyed golfing, reading and traveling after retiring from Aurelia School working as a Study Hall monitor.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Lundquist, and son-in law Allen Stange.

She is survived by her two children, Jeff Lundquist and his wife Heather, of Atlantic Iowa, Deb Stange of Aurelia Iowa.

Grandchildren Pammy Fixmer (Preston Casey) of Omaha, NE, Stephanie Stange and Nick Radke of Alta. Brett Stange and his wife Kelsi, Sarah Post and her husband Andrew Post of Des Moines Iowa, one great grandson Beau Stange. One Sibling Steve Luetkeman and his wife Joann of Storm Lake, many nieces and nephews.
